Pre and Post workout Routines you need to do first, and when you are done
Perform each of the following at 10-15 reps for 3 rounds with no rest between exercises, but with a 40-60 sec rest between each round.
- Squat to Overhead Press
- Reverse Fly
- Incline Press (L)
- Bentover Rows
- Incline Press (R)
- Split Squat to Curl (L)
- Split Squat to Curl (R)
- Push-up
