Pre and Post workout Routines you need to do first, and when you are done


Perform each of the following at 10-15 reps for 3 rounds with no rest between exercises, but with a 40-60 sec rest between each round.

  • Squat to Overhead Press 
  • Reverse Fly
  • Incline Press (L)
  • Bentover Rows
  • Incline Press (R)
  • Split Squat to Curl (L) 
  • Split Squat to Curl (R) 
  • Push-up
