Rest 60 secs between Circuits
Pick three or four body weight exercises listed below, and do 2 to 3 cycles.
Rest 10 secs between exercises, and 30 secs between Cycles
- 20 body weight squats
- 10 push ups
- 20 sit ups
- 20 secs mountain climbers
- 50 Jumping Jacks
- 30 sec modified plank
Now grab your kettlebell, and perform 3 - 5 cycles of the following.
Rest 10 secs between exercises, and 30 secs between Cycles
- Single Arm Kettlebell Swings on each side @ 15-20 reps
- Goblet Squats @ 15-20 reps
- Do 3-5 Turkish Get-Ups on each side, switching sides with each rep.
