Set a timer for 20 minutes. Choose one of the three Complexes below, and perform as many rounds as you can of the following movements using one kettlebell.  

  • Pre and Post workout Routines you need to do first, and when you are done.
  • Goal is to rest no more than 10 secs between each exercise, but at least 30 secs before starting the circuit again.


Advanced Athlete Complex - 10 reps

Intermediate Athlete Complex - 6-10 reps

Beginner Athlete Complex - 5 reps
