Repeat the following 3 - 5 times with a 30-60 sec rest between each circuit, and no more than a 10 sec rest between each exercise.

  • Pre and Post workout Routines you need to do first, and when you are done.


30 Jumping Jacks (moderate pace)

15 Pushups

25 sec High Knees

10 Burpees

10 Crunches

15 Body Squats

10 Pushups

15 Body Squats

30 Jumping Jacks (moderate pace)

60 sec Wall Sit

7 Pushups

5 Burpees
