This beginner workout targets all the major muscle groups, and is ideal if you just started a regular exercise routine.


Do 12 - 15 reps per exercise, rest for 30 secs, and then repeat before moving on.


Squat 

Reverse Lunge - Left

Reverse Lunge - Right

Monster Walk

Push-up

Bent over Rows

Bicep Curls

Tricep Extensions

Russian Twists
