Q:  I go to curves 5 times a week and do at least 100 sit-ups a day but I still cannot get rid of my pouch. I do have 3 children 2 were natural and 1 was c-section - can this have anything to do with it?


A: For many women, losing body fat around the waist is difficult because their bodies are genetically determined to store fat there for childbirth. Strengthening the abdominal muscles is important but losing body fat will reveal your efforts. 

  • Be consistent with your exercise and health eating patterns to lose overall body fat.
