Q: I am highly allergic to anything that comes from the ocean and this includes seaweed, sea salt, or iodine-based foods. I also have reactions to dairy with severe stomach/digestive problems. How do you propose to adjust for these problems so I would get the proper nutrients and not just pass your program by?
A: Perhaps you could speak with your Physician or a Nutritionist about including omega supplements to your diet to get the beneficial oils that come from fish. These are important for proper body function and for weight loss.
