You truly have to give yourself at least 6 weeks of regular exercise in order to see and feel a difference.  The health benefits begin immediately with regular exercise, but you have to be consistent for a minimum of 6 weeks before you will notice a change in your strength, balance, coordination, energy, endurance and weight loss – to name a few.  


There are many benefits to exercise on many levels but remember this is not a short-term goal.  Activity is for a lifetime.  Be patient and participate in activities that you enjoy.  You will be reaping the rewards before you know it. 


You are not necessarily doing anything wrong, but if you are unsure of your current exercise program, you may want to consider discussing this with your Wellness Coach to see if there is anything that can be changed in your Meal and/or Fitness Plan.
